• The New Years Eve Canal Cruise Dinner can accommodate 130 individuals, of which 70 are on the open-air upper deck and 60 on the lower deck below.
• Free parking facilities are available at the Jameel Arts Center.
• Liquor and booze are prohibited on the cruise boat premises here.
• The cruise starts at the mentioned time and will not wait.
• If you do not reach the activity point on time, you’ll miss the tour & the booking will be non-refundable.
• In case of rough weather, the coast guard might close open waters, so the location may be shifted.
• All details, including location and tickets, would be shared through WhatsApp or email.

In the event that a customer seeks to cancel a New Year booking due to a health-related circumstance, the Company requires the submission of valid medical documentation substantiating the condition. Refund requests arising from health issues will be reviewed and processed only upon receipt and verification of such documentation. The Company reserves the right to decline refund requests that are not supported by appropriate proof or that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.

Cancellation Policy

• Any cancellations made after the successful payments or bookings will be non-refundable.
• If your booking is canceled by us for any reason, please note that the refund may take 7 to 14 days to appear on your bank statement.
• After the payment has been processed, if the product cannot be provided, we hold the right to cancel and refund the payment.

Child Policy

• Infants who are less than 3 years old are free to join this tour.
• Kids between 3 to 10 years old have to buy child tickets.
• Anyone above 10 years old must get standard tickets.

Cancellation by the Organizer

• Safety Concerns Due to Weather or Sea Conditions

If the captain or Organizer feels that the weather or sea conditions might put guests at risk, the event may be rescheduled, delayed, or canceled for safety.

• Mechanical, Safety, or Operational Failures

If the Cruise faces mechanical issues, safety concerns, or operational problems that make it unsafe or unable to run properly, the Organizer may cancel the booking.

• Minimum Participation Not Reached (for shared trips)

When the event requires a minimum number of guests, and that requirement isn’t met by the set deadline, the Organizer may need to cancel the event.

• Situations Beyond Control (Force Majeure)

Unpredictable events such as natural disasters, government rules, pandemics, or other serious emergencies may lead to cancellations without any liability on the Organizer’s part.

• Refund & Compensation Policy

Guests will receive only the amount they paid. No extra compensation or reimbursement will be provided.
Any personal costs, such as travel arrangements, hotel bookings, or third-party services, are the guest’s responsibility.

How Guests Will Be Updated

In case of a cancellation or change, guests will be informed through:

• Email
• SMS or phone call
• The platform through which the booking was made

Liability Clause

The Organizer can only refund the amount paid for the charter. They are not responsible if bad weather or other uncontrollable situations cause guests to miss planned moments, including fireworks.

• Transfers are available from hotels and accommodations only. No airport pickup is available.
• Traffic remains at its peak during New Year. Therefore, the pickup and drop-off timings can change (30 to 60 minutes) as per the traffic conditions in the city.
• Areas where roads are closed after 4 PM may not have pickup or drop-off.
• The pickup timings will be 07:45 pm to 08:15 pm (if selected).
• The boarding time is from 09:00 pm to 09:45 pm.
• The cruising time is from 10:00 pm to 01:00 am (1st January 2027).
• The drop-off time is between 2:00 am to 3:00 am, depending on the location.
• Al Jaddaf Waterfront is the boarding point.
