• Our pickups are arranged from hotels or residences. Airport pickups are not available.
• Reach the location at least 20 minutes before the activity begins, especially if you don’t take the transfer facilities.
• The minimum weight requirement to participate is 15 kg.
• Everyone must wear life jackets throughout the activity.
• Expectant mothers, heart patients, or others suffering from backache must avoid participating.
• The activity is available every day from 9 am to 10 pm.

By Car- You can reach the activity location via Sheikh Zayed Road, take Exit 32, and drive to the Al Majara Building. You can park your car in the free parking area.

By Public Transport- Take the Redline metro and get down at the DAMAC Metro Station. Exit the station and walk towards Marina, and you will reach your destination.

By Private Transport- You can book private transfers separately from us during checkout with additional charges.
