• Guests are requested to bring their passport, Emirates ID, or any other government ID when coming for the paramotor adventure ride.
• Kindly note – riders must fill up and submit the online waiver form at least 24 hours before the flight ride.
• The maximum weight allowed is 110 kg, and the minimum height requirement is 140 cm and above.
• Pregnant women must avoid the paramotor adventure ride.
• People who are under alcohol or drug influence must avoid participating in the paramotor adventure ride.
• Participants suffering from serious heart troubles, knee or back pain, broken arms or legs, or who went through a major surgery within the last six months must avoid the activity.
• Anyone who has a height phobia must not go for the flight ride.
• It is mandatory for the participants to sign the declaration form and agree that they don’t have these above-mentioned problems.
• We can change the transfer timings by 30 to 60 minutes depending on the traffic conditions in your location.

• Any cancellations made before 48 hours of the scheduled activity will be done for free.
• If you cancel the bookings within 48 hours of the activity, there will be a 100% cancellation charge.
• If eligible the refund amount will be reflected in your bank account within seven business days.

Skydive Desert Dropzone is perched on the Al Ain- Dubai Road.

• By Bus- The closest bus stop is the Air Force Training School 1, which is 7.4 km far from the activity location. You must get a taxi from here to reach the drop zone.
• By Car- You can drive to the Skydive Dubai Desert Dropzone via your car using the GPS. Alternatively, you can choose our shared transfers when booking the tickets for hassle-free pickup and drop-off.
