• Women must tie their hair and avoid wearing accessories, like earrings, bracelets, etc.
• Guests will get lockers to store small items, like handbags, wallets, cellphones, and keys. Don’t bring large bags, luggage, etc.
• Helmets have cameras attached. Hence, you can carry exclusive pictures and videos of the activity back home.
• No pregnant lady is allowed on the ride.
• Guests taking drugs, alcohol, or other substances must not come for the activity.
• Anyone with physical or mental disorders must not join the activity.
• After you get the tickets, you must fill a waiver form.

• Anyone between the ages of 12 & 65 can ride the XLine Dubai Marina. However, those under 18 years of age would require parental consent.
• The body weight of the participant needs to be between 45 & 100 kg.
• The minimum height of the participant should be 130 cm
• Pregnant women & participants with cardiac ailments are disallowed from participating in the XLine Dubai Marina
• The participants should not be suffering from any recent or recurring injuries.
• Any existing physical/mental condition of the participant that would render him/her unable to complete the ride successfully would prevent him/her from participating in the ride.
• Any medical condition of the participant that requires immediate medical attention won’t be allowed on the activity.
• Participants would need to produce valid identity proof before taking part in the ride.
• The name mentioned on the ID proof should match that of the participant.
• The ticket is valid only for the person who purchased it. Only one person is allowed to participate with one ticket.
• With one ticket, only one-time participation is allowed in the ride.
• Reselling the tickets is strictly prohibited.

Cancellation Policy

• Bookings once confirmed cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. However, if done, it will attract a 100% cancellation charge without any refund.

Child Policy

• Kids below 12 years old won’t be allowed in the activity for safety reasons.
• Others above 12 years old must pay standard charges.

Xline Dubai Marina operates daily from Wednesday to Monday.

• The morning session is from 10 am to 12.40 pm.
• The afternoon session is from 1.40 pm to 5 pm.

By Metro- Board a metro and disembark at the DMCC Metro Station. Exit and walk towards the overpass to reach the mall. Alternatively, you can also take shuttles to reach Marina Mall.

By Bus- RTA buses are available (bus no. 8) to take you to the Marina Promenade stop. From here, you can take a taxi or walk towards the activity location.
