The safari takes you deep into the desert where you become one with the desolation of the vast stretch of sand dunes all around you. With many interesting activities to spice things up, you are sure to enjoy every moment of the exotic desert safari.

Things are set rolling with your pick-up from a hotel or any other accommodation located centrally in Dubai. Pick-ups are arranged from Sharjah as well only if it’s available then. You are picked up in a powerful 4×4 Toyota Land Cruiser in the afternoon and you set off for the desert which you reach in 30 to 45 minutes.

After you reach the land of sand dunes, it’s a fun time! You go Dune Bashing as you are taken on an adrenaline-pumping ride in the 4×4 Land Cruiser that zooms up and down the slopes of the dunes. It’s an unforgettable experience that nothing in this world can match. The ride is halted for a while so you can capture some exotic vistas of the desert with your camera.

After the dune bashing is done, you are ushered into a camp inspired by the Bedouin way of life. You are served refreshments that include coffee, dates, and juices. Things come alive at the camp when a Tanura performer takes the stage. This is followed by a mesmerizing belly dance show that just takes your breath away. The day draws to a close with the serving of a buffet dinner that includes mouthwatering vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.

• We will send you the timing and other necessary activity-related details one or two days before the activity.
• Transfer facilities are available with us. However, if your location is away from our SIC pickup point, our team will inform you about a common pickup point.
• Shared pickup facilities are available from centrally located hotels or residences in the city (Deira, Bur Dubai, AL Barsha, and Sheikh Zayed). However, we don’t provide pickups from the airport.
• Pregnant women, people dealing with back injuries or neck injuries, or someone who had a recent surgery must strictly not participate.
• Entertainment facilities like belly dancing or live fire shows are unavailable during Ramadan.
• Opt for loose-fitted clothes during summer and wear open-toe flats to avoid sand accumulation. However, don’t forget to wear a warm jacket during winter.

• The premium desert safari lasts for approximately six hours.
• Our pickup time is between 2 pm and 2.30 pm.
• Drop-off timing is between 8 pm and 8.30 pm.

• In certain exceptional situations where safety is in question, the City Tour in Dubai has the complete right to cancel the tour. They can also reschedule routes, change itineraries and revise pricing.
• In cases where you have an unused inclusion from our package, the amount will be non-refundable.
• Failing to reach the pickup point at the scheduled time will be considered a no-show. There are no alternative arrangements for them.
• No-shows or late arrivals will incur 100% cancellation charges on their bookings.
• The transfer timings mentioned in the package are an estimation and will be adjusted to your location and traffic details.
• City Tour in Dubai will try its best to arrange an alternative service if your tour is canceled/delayed/altered due to bad weather, a broken vehicle, or heavy traffic.

• Zero charges for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled trip
• There shall be a 100% charge for canceling within 24 hours of the scheduled trip
• We will credit the refund amount to your account within 7 – 14 working days (if eligible)

Child Policy

• Children below 3 years old can join for free.
• Kids between 3 and 10 years old must book child tickets.
• Everyone above 10 years old must book standard tickets.

Note: During the period from 20th December 2024 to 10th January 2025, there will be a surcharge of AED 25 to AED 50 per person.
