• The dress code for the activity is casual.
• There are certain health restrictions. Therefore, people with serious medical conditions or disabilities must strictly avoid the ride. Individuals suffering from severe heart conditions, epilepsy, or angina should not join.
• One ride can accommodate up to 12 participants.
• Everyone must follow the rules and recommendations of the captain and the crew.
• You will get live commentary and opportunities to click photographs during the ride. Hence, don’t forget to bring your cameras and smartphones.
• Riders must keep wearing life jackets throughout the activity.
• You can book our private transfers with additional charges during checkout for a hassle-free pickup and drop-off service, or reach the activity location via public transport.

• Any personal expenses made during the activity like shopping, drinks, dining, etc have to be borne by the rider.

Guests must bring the e-tickets to the activity site, verify them, and begin with the activity.

• Guests are requested to reach the activity location at least 15 minutes before scheduled departure.
• Kids are not allowed in the activity.
• Everyone must bring a valid ID proof when coming for the boat ride. You can either bring your Emirates ID or passport for verification.

• We don’t issue any refund for the partially used services.
• If you fail to show up on the activity day as per the scheduled time, it will be considered a no-show. In that case, we will levy a 100% cancellation charge.

Cancellation Policy

• Any cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled activity will be done for free.
• If you cancel the bookings within 48 hours, you have to pay a 100% cancellation charge.
• The refund amount will be reflected in your bank account within seven business days (if eligible).

Child Policy

• Kids below 3 years old won’t be allowed due to safety reasons.
• Children between 3 and 12 years old must pay the child rate for the tickets.
• Anyone above 12 years old must pay the standard ticket rates.
