The View is located on the 52nd floor of the Palm Towers and lets you indulge in amazing panoramic views of the man-made archipelago and the surrounding cityscape. You can begin your journey from Nakheel Mall, and the Palm Tower is connected to this mall. You need to take an elevator to get to the 52^nd floor, but before you even do that, take the time to visit the gallery and museum that will share valuable information on Palm Jumeirah. You can also visit the gift shop and café. The elevator is superfast, and it takes you to the top in the blink of an eye.

The Observatory on the 52^nd floor gives you a good view of the entire island and the city below. If you are a photography lover, then you must take your camera with you and take pictures. • Kids must join the activity with their legal guardians.
• No refund will be issued for unused or partially used services. Failing to show up on the activity day will be considered a no-show. It will be 100% chargeable without any refund.
• We won’t be responsible if any attraction remains non-operational on your day of visit due to bad weather or other reasons.
• Avoid carrying food or drinks inside the activity site.

• Everyone is requested to follow the safety guidelines and instructions at the activity site offered by the site instructor.

• The View at The Palm opens daily from 9 am to 7.30 pm.
• The prime hours are from 4.30 pm to 6.30 pm (daily).
• Non-prime hours- 9 am to 6 pm, 7 pm to 7.30 pm.

By Bus and Monorail- The closest bus stops are Palm Jumeirah Monorail Station (bus line 8), Infotech, Dubai Internet City 1 (bus line 84), and Middle East Broadcasting Center (bus line F56). You can get down at any stop and walk towards the Palm Gateway. Board NB Monorail and disembark at the Nakheel Mall.

Child Policy

• Kids above 13 years of age will have to pay an adult rate.
• Children between 3 and 13 years old have to pay the child rate for the tickets.
• Kids who are less than 3 years old will go for free.

Note: During the period from 20th December to 10 January 2026, there will be an additional surcharge of AED 25 to AED 50 per person.
