• It is mandatory for everyone to carry valid identity proof for a verified entry. It can be an Emirates ID (if you are a resident) or a passport (if you are a tourist).
• In case you have to leave the tour in the middle for any reason, kindly note that there are no refunds for it.
• No-shows also do not have any refund.
• If any part of the attraction is non-operational, the service provider is not responsible for it. No one can claim a refund for the same.
• Wheelchair accessibility is available at the National Abu Dhabi Aquarium.
• Transfers are subject to your booked option. If you are booking a shared or private transfer with us, then do note that there is no eating, drinking, or smoking inside the vehicle.
• You must redeem the ticket at TNA counters.
• You cannot and must not bring any outside food and beverages inside the attraction.
• Pets and animals are strictly not allowed.
• Be careful not to bring any sharp or dangerous items. If you are found carrying them, the authority has the right to remove you from the premises without any refund.
• On trying the glass boat ride, every participant needs to wear a life jacket.
• Modest clothes are recommended to tour the entire attraction comfortably.

• You cannot cancel the tickets after a successful booking.
• However, if you still do it or do not show up entirely, then there will be no refund.

• There is free entry for children 3 years and younger.
• However, all children younger than 12 years must come with an adult (16 years & above) with a valid ticket.
