• Pickup time – 07:00pm to 07:30pm
• Boarding time – 8 PM to 9 PM
• Sailing time – 9:00 PM to 2 AM
• Return drop-off – 03:00am to 04:00am
• Departure Point – Below Pier 7, Dubai Marina

• Guests are required to present a valid original ID (Emirates ID or passport) at check-in.
• Dress code: Smart casual (no flip-flops or swimwear).
• Early arrival is recommended to avoid queues during boarding.
• Private transfer timing is flexible and may change based on road conditions.
• After 4 PM, road closures may stop pickup and drop-off operations in affected zones.
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted onboard.
• Children must remain under the supervision of an accompanying adult at all times.
• The cruise departs on a fixed schedule. Late arrivals may result in denied boarding.
• If you fail to join the tour, it will be marked as a no-show and no refund applies.
• Seating is assigned according to your ticket category (Regular or VIP).
• When weather conditions are not suitable, the coast guard may limit open-water sailing, and the location can change.
• Please carry your booking confirmation, printed or digital.
• Guests are asked to drink responsibly and observe all safety guidelines.

• All bookings are strictly non-refundable.
• Once your reservation is confirmed, no cancellations, refunds, or date changes can be accepted under any circumstances.
• If the booked product is unavailable after processing the payment, we hold the right to cancel and initiate a refund.

Child Policy

• All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult throughout the event.
• Kids below 10 years of age must book child tickets.
• Children aged 11 and above will be charged the full adult rate.

Cancellation by the Organizer

• Safety Concerns Due to Weather or Sea Conditions

If the captain or Organizer feels that the weather or sea conditions might put guests at risk, the event may be rescheduled, delayed, or canceled for safety.

• Mechanical, Safety, or Operational Failures

If the Megayacht faces mechanical issues, safety concerns, or operational problems that make it unsafe or unable to run properly, the Organizer may cancel the booking.

• Minimum Participation Not Reached (for shared trips)

When the event requires a minimum number of guests, and that requirement isn’t met by the set deadline, the Organizer may need to cancel the event.

• Situations Beyond Control (Force Majeure)

Unpredictable events such as natural disasters, government rules, pandemics, or other serious emergencies may lead to cancellations without any liability on the Organizer’s part.

• Refund & Compensation Policy

Guests will receive only the amount they paid. No extra compensation or reimbursement will be provided.
Any personal costs, such as travel arrangements, hotel bookings, or third-party services, are the guest’s responsibility.

How Guests Will Be Updated

In case of a cancellation or change, guests will be informed through:

• Email
• SMS or phone call
• The platform through which the booking was made

Liability Clause

The Organizer can only refund the amount paid for the charter. They are not responsible if bad weather or other uncontrollable situations cause guests to miss planned moments, including fireworks.
