• If the weather is bad, the coast guard may restrict open waters, and the cruise location could change.
• The cruise will commence from Dubai Marina at 10:00 PM and continue till 01:00 AM.
• The cruise always departs according to the scheduled time.
• Late or missing guests will lose their tour with no refund.
• The place where the cruise will start is Dubai Marina Harbor.
• The location of the tour map will be shared along with the tour confirmation.
• The location of the cruise and contact details will be shared one day before the departure time.

In the event that a customer seeks to cancel a New Year booking due to a health-related circumstance, the Company requires the submission of valid medical documentation substantiating the condition. Refund requests arising from health issues will be reviewed and processed only upon receipt and verification of such documentation. The Company reserves the right to decline refund requests that are not supported by appropriate proof or that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.

Cancellation Policy

• Any cancellations made after the successful payments or bookings will be non-refundable.
• After receiving the payment, if the product is unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel the tour and issue a full refund.
• If your booking is canceled by us for any reason, please note that the refund may take 7 to 14 days to appear on your bank statement.

Child Policy

• The child ticket rate is applicable for kids who are less than 10 years old.
• Others above 10 years will be considered as adults.

Cancellation by the Organizer

• Safety Concerns Due to Weather or Sea Conditions

If the captain or Organizer feels that the weather or sea conditions might put guests at risk, the event may be rescheduled, delayed, or canceled for safety.

• Mechanical, Safety, or Operational Failures

If the Cruise faces mechanical issues, safety concerns, or operational problems that make it unsafe or unable to run properly, the Organizer may cancel the booking.

• Minimum Participation Not Reached (for shared trips)

When the event requires a minimum number of guests, and that requirement isn’t met by the set deadline, the Organizer may need to cancel the event.

• Situations Beyond Control (Force Majeure)

Unpredictable events such as natural disasters, government rules, pandemics, or other serious emergencies may lead to cancellations without any liability on the Organizer’s part.

• Refund & Compensation Policy

Guests will receive only the amount they paid. No extra compensation or reimbursement will be provided.
Any personal costs, such as travel arrangements, hotel bookings, or third-party services, are the guest’s responsibility.

How Guests Will Be Updated

In case of a cancellation or change, guests will be informed through:

• Email
• SMS or phone call
• The platform through which the booking was made

Liability Clause

The Organizer can only refund the amount paid for the charter. They are not responsible if bad weather or other uncontrollable situations cause guests to miss planned moments, including fireworks.

• Pick-up from the Airport Or from any other Emirates is possible at the additional price depending on the location.
• Kindly note that the pick-up timing may be changed by 30-60 min depending on the traffic conditions during the New Year (the same goes for the drop-offs).
• Kindly note that our pickup and drop-off timing will be between 6:30 PM to 7.00 PM (on 31^st December) and 2.30 AM to 3:00 AM (on 1^st January) for New Year 2027.

• You are requested to reach the location at least 30 minutes before the activity begins.
• Guests are requested to reach the destination by 8:00 PM.
• The boarding time will be 9:00 PM.
• The activity begins around 10:00 PM and ends by 1.00 AM (approx.).

• Once your ticket is booked and confirmed, our team will share the Name & Contact number of the person for New Year 2027 Eve.
• Feel free to carry warm clothes to stay cozy since it is a nighttime activity.
• Our scheduled pickup is done between 8:00 PM and 8:30 PM as per your location.
• Anyone not availing of our private transfers must directly report to Dubai Marina Harbor.
• Direct reporting time is scheduled between 8 PM and 8.30 PM.
• Get ready for the boarding to begin at 9 PM.
• Cruising will begin at 10 PM and end by 1 am (1^st January 2027).
• All guests will be dropped between 2:00 am and 3 am (for private transfers depending on the location).
