What to expect?

Expert training offered with required diving equipment

Once the briefing is done by the certified instructor, walk towards the plane as if you are about the conquer the world. Settle inside the plane and as it takes off the Palm Dropzone, you will be treated to some excellent views of the city. Also, you will be prepared and suited up with a helmet, harness, goggles, and jumpsuit.

• Any booking done by the participant should match the information mentioned on the passport.
• Kindly carry an Emirates ID or passport when going for the Skydiving activity in Dubai.
• Spare at least three to four hours (starting from check-in till the skydiving activity ends) to enjoy the best experience.
• Our efficient teams available at both locations give their best to offer a premium experience to the riders. However, the weather conditions in the ground or at the opening altitude might cause delays. Hence, we ask the participants to keep a flexible schedule on the activity day.
• If the activity is on standby, feel free to reschedule.
• Wear athletic clothes like T-shirts or tops (with sleeves) with shorts (up to your knee) so that the harness fits properly.
• Avoid wearing precious jewelry or accessories before going on the activity. Free personal lockers are available at the site to store your belongings.
• You can book the activity with or without private transfers.
• Participants 70 years or above must sign a declaration of fitness form and it must have a doctor’s stamp. Show it at the activity sight.
• Anyone suffering from Epilepsy, severe head injury, or nervous disorders is strictly prohibited from participating.
• Expecting mothers must not go for skydiving.
• Everyone must wear eye gear when going on the activity.

• Be in the athletic gear you feel comfortable in and sports shoes
• Not suitable for pregnant women
• Ideal weight, women 90kg and below, men 100kg and below
• Those 60 above 60 years of age shall need a doctor’s certificate
• Everyone must strictly follow the instructions and safety guidelines
• No sharp objects, lighters, or alcoholic Beverages are to be carried

• The total duration of the activity is around 20 to 30 minutes
• A briefing of 30 minutes by a trainer precedes the activity
• Top-notch safety equipment is provided and you’ll be monitored by trained professionals all along
• Timings- Palm Drop Zone- 10 AM to 3 PM, Desert Drop Zone- 7 AM to 4 PM

By Metro and Tram- The easiest way to reach Skydive Dubai is via metro. Board a Red Line metro and disembark at the Sobha Realty Metro Station. Exit and reach the Dubai Marina 1 tram station. Board a tram and reach the JBR 1. From here, board a taxi or start walking to reach your destination.

By Private Transfers- You can also book private transfers from us while booking the tickets (with additional charges) and reach the activity location.

• City Tour in Dubai possesses the right to reschedule any route or itinerary or change pricing (if required). Besides, in certain situations, we can also cancel a tour from our end if it feels necessary.
• Please note that any unused ticket or itinerary inclusion will be 100% non-refundable.
• Failing to reach the mentioned pickup point on time will be considered a no-show. Hence, we won’t be providing any reimbursement or alternate transfer.
• If we cancel or change any tour due to poor weather, vehicle, or traffic issues, then we will try our best to arrange for an alternate or similar activity (depending on availability).
• The pickup and drop-off times mentioned on the website are estimated. Hence, it can change as per your location or traffic conditions.
• We levy a 100% no-show fee if you fail to arrive on time for pickup.

Cancellation Policy

• Bookings once confirmed are not eligible for cancellation. However, if done, it will be 100% chargeable.
• Besides, there won’t be any refund whatsoever.

Child Policy

• Kids below 18 years old are not eligible to participate in the skydiving activity.
• Children above 18 years old must book the standard tickets to participate.
