• To visit a mosque, women should cover themselves fully and wear a scarf over their heads. Shorts and beach dresses are strictly prohibited here.
• The vehicle pick-up and drop-off would be conducted at the proper schedule only if there were no chances of any traffic disruption or an issue in the area.

• Children below the age of 5 should always be made to sit on a child seat while traveling in any vehicle in the UAE
• All visitors are to carry a valid proof of ID at all times

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation is accepted before 24 hours of the scheduled activity time.
• Any cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time will attract a 100% charge.
• The refund amount will be reflected in your bank account within seven business days (if eligible).

Child Policy

• Kids below 3 years old can join the activity for free.
• Children between 3 and 10 years old need separate child tickets.
• Children above 10 years old must pay the standard ticket charges.

• Guests who fail to reach the pickup point at the scheduled time will be considered a no-show. Therefore, we won’t provide reimbursement or arrange alternative transfers in that case.
• In case your booking is canceled or altered due to poor weather, vehicle, or traffic issues, we will try our best to provide an alternate service (similar to that), depending on availability.
• The pickup and drop-off timing mentioned will vary depending on your location and traffic situation in the city.
• A 100% cancellation charge is applicable if guests don’t arrive on time for pickup.
