The unforgettable yacht sets off at 10 pm and continues till 1 am. You are greeted with hot and cold welcome drinks as soon as you board the yacht. You are guided to your seat by an attendant on either the upper or lower deck. There’s a live  Tanura show thrown in for your entertainment. • The Creek Luxury Yacht sail for about three hours.
• Guests are requested to report to the activity location by 9 pm.
• The cruising time is from 10 pm to 1 am.
• Location of the activity: Al Seef Bur Dubai, next to Kailash Parbat, Gate No. E, Dubai Creek.
• Optional transfer facilities.

• Once the booking confirms, we will send you the activity-related details via email.
• Kids must join the activity with their legal guardian.
• You can only access your selected deck on the tour, which was chosen during booking.
• No strict dress code is there for the activity. However, make sure to wear modest outfits. Besides, please choose comfortable footwear.
• In addition, don’t forget to bring a light jacket since it is an overnight activity and the temperature can drop at night.
• If the weather becomes bad, the coast guard may close open waters, and the cruise may shift accordingly.
• Besides, courteous staff will be there to assist the guests throughout the activity.
• Private transfer schedules may differ slightly depending on traffic and location.
• Pickup or drop-off won’t be available in areas impacted by road closures post 4 PM.
• Complimentary drinking water, soft drinks, ice & glass are available for everyone.
• The cruise leaves promptly at the scheduled time.
• If you fail to join the tour, it will be marked as a no-show and no refund applies.
• Our buffet menu includes international delicacies (vegetarian and non-vegetarian items available).
• Furthermore, we will send you to the exact location and timing details one or two days before the activity.
• It is a New Year activity. Hence, bookings open only during 31st December 2026.
• The yacht can accommodate 150 people (including children).

In the event that a customer seeks to cancel a New Year booking due to a health-related circumstance, the Company requires the submission of valid medical documentation substantiating the condition. Refund requests arising from health issues will be reviewed and processed only upon receipt and verification of such documentation. The Company reserves the right to decline refund requests that are not supported by appropriate proof or that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.

Cancellation Policy

• Any cancellations made after the successful payments or bookings will be non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to cancel your booking if payment is received but we cannot confirm availability, and refund your amount.
• If your booking is canceled by us for any reason, please note that the refund may take 7 to 14 days to appear on your bank statement.

Child Policy

• Kids below 3 years old can join the party for free.
• Children between 3 and 10 years old must book the child tickets.
• Others above 10 years old must book the standard tickets.

Cancellation by the Organizer

• Safety Concerns Due to Weather or Sea Conditions

If the captain or Organizer feels that the weather or sea conditions might put guests at risk, the event may be rescheduled, delayed, or canceled for safety.

• Mechanical, Safety, or Operational Failures

If the yacht faces mechanical issues, safety concerns, or operational problems that make it unsafe or unable to run properly, the Organizer may cancel the booking.

• Minimum Participation Not Reached (for shared trips)

When the event requires a minimum number of guests, and that requirement isn’t met by the set deadline, the Organizer may need to cancel the event.

• Situations Beyond Control (Force Majeure)

Unpredictable events such as natural disasters, government rules, pandemics, or other serious emergencies may lead to cancellations without any liability on the Organizer’s part.

• Refund & Compensation Policy

Guests will receive only the amount they paid. No extra compensation or reimbursement will be provided.
Any personal costs, such as travel arrangements, hotel bookings, or third-party services, are the guest’s responsibility.

In case of a cancellation or change, guests will be informed through:
