Our yachts are a benchmark in style and opulence. The furniture and the upholstery inside the yacht are of the highest quality. You are sure to be floored by the classy ambiance of the yacht. The yachts have two decks- the upper deck is the open air that gives you a vantage point, where you can watch breathtaking views of Dubai’s glamorous skyline dotted with marvels of modern architecture. Live entertainment and throbbing music are arranged for the entertainment of the guests. There’s a swimming pool as well with glittering water you would love to swim in. It’s a wonderful experience as the yacht sails gently through the waters past the Marina, JBR & Bluewaters. The courteous staff welcomes you and your guests aboard the yacht with a smile. The international BBQ buffet serving both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food is absolutely mouth-watering.

• We will provide the cruise details, including the departure time, one day prior to your scheduled departure.
• The cruise will begin at the stated time even if guests are late.
• Guests who do not show up on time will miss the cruise & are not eligible for refunds.
• You can avail our private transfer facilities at an additional cost.
• Depending on the road and location, private transfer timings may be revised.
• Pickup and drop-off services may be limited in areas with road closures after 4 PM.
• In case of bad weather, the coast guard may restrict open sailing routes, and the cruise area could change.

• The whole tour duration is about 4.5 hours.
• Guests can directly report to the location between 7 pm and 7.30 pm.
• Wait for the boarding process to begin around 8 pm and end by 9 pm.
• The Mega Yacht leaves the dock around 9.30 pm.
• The activity ends by 2 am on 1^st January 2027.
• The yacht returns to the dock by 3 am.
• Anyone who didn’t opt for the private transfer facility is requested to reach Pier 7 (outside Dubai Marina Mall).

• New Year Lotus Mega Dinner tickets are offered on a dynamic, on-demand basis, where prices escalate as ticket availability diminishes.
• As the countdown to New Year’s Eve continues, anticipate a substantial increase in ticket prices, frequently surpassing 100% as the event date approaches.

IMPORTANT: Events are projected to reach full capacity well before December 31. Secure your tickets early to guarantee your spot.

Cancellation Policy

• Once tickets are booked, it is non-refundable.
• We retain the right to cancel the tour and refund the payment in full if the product is unavailable after booking.

Child Policy

• Children younger than 10 years old are eligible for child tickets.
• Kids older than 10 years will have to pay adult rates.

Cancellation by the Organizer

• Safety Concerns Due to Weather or Sea Conditions

If the captain or Organizer feels that the weather or sea conditions might put guests at risk, the event may be rescheduled, delayed, or canceled for safety.

• Mechanical, Safety, or Operational Failures

If the Megayacht faces mechanical issues, safety concerns, or operational problems that make it unsafe or unable to run properly, the Organizer may cancel the booking.

• Minimum Participation Not Reached (for shared trips)

When the event requires a minimum number of guests, and that requirement isn’t met by the set deadline, the Organizer may need to cancel the event.

• Situations Beyond Control (Force Majeure)

Unpredictable events such as natural disasters, government rules, pandemics, or other serious emergencies may lead to cancellations without any liability on the Organizer’s part.

• Refund & Compensation Policy

Guests will receive only the amount they paid. No extra compensation or reimbursement will be provided.
Any personal costs, such as travel arrangements, hotel bookings, or third-party services, are the guest’s responsibility.

How Guests Will Be Updated

In case of a cancellation or change, guests will be informed through:

• Email
• SMS or phone call
• The platform through which the booking was made

Liability Clause

The Organizer can only refund the amount paid for the charter. They are not responsible if bad weather or other uncontrollable situations cause guests to miss planned moments, including fireworks.
