• It is mandatory for the guests to carry their Emirates ID or passport when coming to the Ski Dubai.
• Show your e-ticket at the Ski Dubai entrance to get entry.
• The tickets include the safety gear for the activity, which includes skiing equipment, jackets, snow boots, fleece gloves, helmets, trousers, and once-time-use socks. You will get everything at the activity site.
• Kindly note- Kids below 13 years old must wear safety helmets at all times.
• The minimum age and height requirement for the Snow Bullet Ride is above 8 years old and at least 125 cm in height. Besides, the minimum weight requirement is 30 kg. The maximum weight should not exceed 120 kg for adults.
• A few rides and attractions have height and weight restrictions. Hence, kindly ask the on-site instructors before going for it.
• Do not carry mobiles or cameras inside the Penguin Encounter Area.
• You can visit the Avalanche Café or the North 28 restaurant inside the Ski Dubai to calm your hunger attacks.
• We don’t issue any refund for the partly or unused services.
• Kids must visit the attraction with their legal guardians.
• Please don’t carry outside food or drinks to the Ski Dubai.
• Pregnant ladies won’t be allowed for the activities.
• Snowboarders or skiers can use the slope.

• Skiing and snowboarding are challenging sports and need proper attention. Hence, make sure to understand your limitations.
• You will get locker facilities at the park to store your phones, gadgets, and other essentials.
• Anyone interested in taking skiing lessons must arrive at the activity site at least 40 minutes in advance.
• Wear clothes that will keep you relaxed during the activity. Besides, the temperatures inside Ski Dubai remain below -4 degrees Celsius. Therefore, wear warm clothes when coming.
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
• Guests must bring their Emirates ID or passport when visiting Ski Dubai.
• Do not throw snow at others since the snow crystals are sharp and can hurt anyone.

Cancellation Policy

• The tickets once booked are not eligible for cancellation under any circumstances. However, if done, it will attract 100% cancellation charges (no refund will be issued).

• Kids between 2 and 13 years old must pay the child rate for the tickets.
• Others above 14 years old will be charged the standard rate for the tickets.
