• Kindly note- We want you to have the best experience. Therefore, at least two people are necessary to make the bookings. Our pickup and drop-off facilities operate from the Abu Dhabi Hotel or your residence. We don’t pick up guests from the airport as of now. If you require to be picked up from other hotels or residences you have to pay an additional charge for the same.
• The scheduled timing for the pickup and drop-off can change (30 minutes to 1 hour) as per the traffic conditions in your area. Hence, you have to be prepared for that.
• Private transfers are available only if you book them separately.
• Please carry your Emirates ID or passport when coming for the activity. It is necessary for identification.
• Guests won’t get alcohol during the holy month of Ramadan. In addition, live entertainment won’t be available too as per the government rules.
• From 20th December to 10 January 2026, there will be an additional surcharge of AED 25 to AED 50 per person.

• Boarding starts around 8:00 pm.
• The activity will last for two hours (from 8:30 pm to 10:30 pm).
• Guests not availing of the transfers must reach the activity location on time.

• If you cancel your bookings 48 hours before scheduled departure there won’t be any cancellation charges.
• If cancellation is done within 48 hours, we will attract a 100% cancellation charge.
• You will receive your refund within 7 – 14 working days in your bank account (if eligible).

Child Policy

• Infants below 3 years will have free entry.
• Children between 3 and 10 years will be charged as per the child rate.
• Children above 10 years are treated as adults and thus have to pay the full amount.
