By Bus:

• You can take the local bus routes 63 or 71 to reach the Snow Park Abu Dhabi, which is located in Reem Mall. The nearest stops where you can drop off are Abdullah Omran Taryam Street / Al Zawiyah Street or Al Ghazal Street/ Al Reem Mall.
• If you’re traveling from the central Abu Dhabi, you can take the bus 056 that departs from Hamdan Street and stops just near the mall.

By Shuttle Bus:

• There are also shuttle buses that operate and can easily take you to the destination. You can take the route B3 and drop off at the #29 stop, which is Reem Mall, through the ‘Experience Abu Dhabi’ shuttle bus.
• If you’re located near Marina Mall, you can even take a tram-like service that is operated from Friday to Sunday only between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

Car/Taxi/Private Transfer:

• Alternatively, you can always take an Uber, Careem, taxi, personal car, or even private transfer services with us (at an additional cost).

• Every guest must carry their valid ID, Emirates ID, or passport (if a tourist) for verification purposes.
• Kindly ensure that you carry your E-ticket or printed copies to redeem them at the attraction.
• If you have them, you can easily enter by scanning them at the turnstiles.
• Children under age 14 must be accompanied by an adult who is 16+ and has a valid ticket.
• The attraction doesn’t permit entry for children under two years for safety reasons.
• Please note that every guest under 13 years old needs to wear a helmet for safety.
• If any part of the attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons, we are not responsible for it.
• Kindly do not bring any outside food and drinks into the park as it is strictly prohibited.
• If you are booking a private transfer with us at an additional cost, you cannot eat, drink, or smoke inside the vehicle during any part of the tour.
• It is important that you note that there will be no refund for unused or partially used services.

• The ticket is entirely non-refundable.
• So, if you cancel the booking, there will be 100% cancellation charges.

• There is no entry for children below 2 years for safety reasons.
• There are child rate tickets for kids above 2 years and below 1.2 meters in height.
• Children above 1.2 meters will be charged the standard rate for tickets.
