• Pickups are available from the selected areas mentioned in the inclusions. But no transfers are available from Abu Dhabi.
• All pickups from RAK are available from your accommodation or a common pickup point- Al Hamra Mall.
• You will receive the pickup timing and location once your booking is confirmed.
• Reach the location at least ten minutes before the mentioned pickup time.

• The minimum age required for kids to join the balloon flight is 5 years old (135 cm tall).
• Participants between 11 and 16 years must join with an adult over 16 years.
• The adult tickets are issued for passengers aged 12 and above.
• The maximum weight limit to join the activity is 130 kg.
• Please keep your phones in flight mode during the activity.
• Don’t forget to charge your phone for an unlimited photo session.
• The hot air balloon flight depends heavily on the weather. So, the operator has the right to cancel the flight for safety reasons.
• The booking voucher will stay valid for 12 months starting from the day of purchase.
• If you are 3 months or more pregnant, you cannot participate in the flight activity.
• You must not consume alcohol, drugs, or participate in scuba diving 24 hours before the flight date.
• The pilot has the right to refuse entry to any participant whom they see as a danger to the flight, is not fit physically/mentally, or does not follow the safety protocols.
