So, if you are planning a mountain escape, this Al Hajar Mountain guide will be very handy.
All About Al Hajar Mountain
One thing we all should be clear about is that it is not just one mountain but a huge mountain range. You will find it stretched across northern Oman and the eastern part of the UAE, making it one of the highest mountain ranges in the Arabian Peninsula. One of the things that many visitors have said is worth noting is the beautiful rocky backdrop. Because they create beautiful scenery for Hatha, Ras Al Khaimah & parts of Fujairah and Sharjah.
Moreover, it has a very different atmosphere compared to the sandy desert, which is also away from the city. You will find deep valleys called wadis, mountain roads & small corners of greenery that bring an inevitable smile to your face. Nature lovers can explore as much as they want; history fans can explore old archaeological sites & adventurers can engage in their own fun activities. So whether you want a quiet drive – an easy walk or a proper adventure, Al Hajar Mountain has something for everyone.
