The Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark operates daily from 9.45 am to 6.30 pm.

The best time to visit the Aquaventure Waterpark is between November and April. It is the tourist season and the weather remains pleasant during this time. However, you can also visit during summer.

• Outside food and drinks are strictly forbidden inside the park.
• You don’t have to book a table to dine at the Kaleidoscope restaurant inside the Aquaventure Park. It is a walk-in restaurant.
• Smoking is barred inside the park premises.
• Anyone suffering from a contagious disease or is injured won’t be allowed on the rides or attractions.
• Kindly don’t bring normal nappies or diapers inside the pool or attractions. Instead, you can buy swim diapers or nappies from the in-house gift shop.
• Pregnant women, and people with neck or back pain, or heart ailments must avoid participating in the activities at the Aquaventure Waterpark. Similarly, if you are overweight or have any physical limitations, avoid the activity.
• Always wear your swimsuits or bathing suits. Carry rash guards when visiting the waterpark.
• Avoid carrying beverages, alcohol, food, or glassware to the park.
• A minimum weight requirement is maintained across every ride at the Aquaventure Waterpark. People below 50 kg and over 135 kg won’t be allowed.
• Do not wear Abayas, sarees, long shirts, undergarments, cotton clothes, or see-through clothes when going to the pool or the rides.

• Guests are requested to bring sunglasses and sunblock (at least Spf 40+ or above) to prevent UV rays and sunburn.
• A decent swimsuit or bathing suit since the park features water-specific rides.
• Everyone must carry towels and extra clothes.
• Please bring a valid ID proof (Emirates ID, passport, or other valid government ID) when coming to the Aquaventure Park.

The tickets once booked cannot be cancelled. However, if you do, it will attract a 100% cancellation fee (no refund is applicable).

Child Policy

• Kids below 1.2 meters in height and below 7 years old must pay the child rate to book the tickets.
• Children below 3 years old don’t need to pay any charges to enter the park.
• Kids 8 years and above with an average height of 1.2 meters and above must pay the standard charges.

• By Metro/Tram- Line 81 metros will take you to the Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark and the nearest metro station is the Al Khail Metro Station, Sobha Realty Metro Station.
• By Bus- Buses 8, 83, F55A, and X28 will take you to your desired destination. The closest stop is the Palm Jumeirah Monorail Station, Knowledge Village.
• By Monorail- Palm Atlantis Monorail Station is also a great way of reaching the location.
