Essential Information
- Kindly bring a valid ID proof when coming for the activity. Your Emirates ID or passport will be asked for at the entrance.

Operation Hours
Dubai’s Burj Khalifa opens daily at 8 am (Friday and Saturday). You can visit anytime between 9 am and 11.30 pm for the activity. The opening hours are changing to 10 am from Sunday to Thursday.
Cancellation Policy
- Any cancellations made before 72 hours of the scheduled activity time will be done for free.
- If you cancel the bookings within 72 hours, it will attract a 100% cancellation charge.
- The refund amount will be reflected in your bank account within seven business days (if you are eligible).
Child Policy
- Kids under 3 years old can enter for free.
- Children between 3 and 8 years old must pay the child rate.
- Others above 8 years old must pay the adult rate.
How to Reach?
- By Metro- Take the Red Line Metro and disembark at the Burj Khalifa Metro Station. After that, you can walk for 15 minutes towards the destination or catch an F13 bus and get down at the Dubai Mall Bus Stop.
- By Taxi- It is the most economical way of reaching the Dubai Mall and is convenient, especially if you want to avoid the changing commutes.
