• Guests must present their e-tickets at the entrance along with ID proofs or Passport
• All children should be accompanied by parents or guardians
• Rides, shopping, food, and other attractions/shows come at extra charges
• Approximately five hours are spent in Global Village on average
• Safety wristbands are provided to children at the entrance ticket booths
• Many of the zones are non-smoking zones and prior knowledge is required
• Avoid bringing pets or animals inside Global Village.
• Do not bring skateboards, bicycles, rollers, or any other wheel vehicle inside
• Mondays are only for families

By Bus- Buses 102, 103, 106, and 107 will take you to the Global Village. The nearest bus stop is the Global Village Bus Stop.

By Metro- No direct metro is available to the Global Village. You can board a Red Line metro and disembark at the Rashidiya Metro Station or the Mall of the Emirates Metro Station. Bus 102 from Rashidiya Bus Station and buses 106 and F13 from the Mall of the Emirates Metro Station will take you to your destination.

By Private Transfer- Private transfers are also available and you can book it from us with additional charges during checkout.

• The Global Village Dubai opens every day from Sunday to Saturday from 4 pm to 2 am (except on Tuesdays). Tuesdays are specifically meant for families, couples, and ladies.

• Once you confirm your booking, you cannot cancel it under any circumstances. However, if you do, it will attract a 100% cancellation charge (without any refund).

Child Policy

• Kids below three years old can enter the Global Village for free.
• Others above three years old must pay the standard charges for the entry tickets.
