  • Sunday to Thursday- 12 pm to 10 pm (last entry allowed is by 9.30 pm).
  • Fridays and Saturdays- 10 am to midnight (last entry allowed is by 11.30 pm).

  • Make sure to visit the VR Park Dubai as early as possible. It is located at the heart of Dubai City and is a famous entertainment hub. Hence, visiting in the early hours is the best idea. Visiting the later part of the day means you will be experiencing more crowds. You can visit between 10 am and 4 pm during weekdays.

How to Reach?

By Car- The VR Park is situated on the first interchange (beside the Sheikh Zayed Road). If you are coming by car, take the first interchange and reach the Financial Center Road, which will lead you to the VR Park.

By Metro- Take the Red Line Metro and get down at the Burj Khalifa Metro Station. The VR Park is within walking distance from here.

By Sharing/Private Transfer- You can choose our shared transfer or private transfer (with additional charges) while booking the tickets.

Booking Policy

Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations made before 24 hours of the scheduled activity will be done for free.
  • On canceling the bookings within 24 hours of the activity time, it will attract a 100% cancellation charge.
  • The refund amount will be reflected in your bank account within seven business days (if eligible).

Child Policy

  • Entry is free for children below 3 years of age as they are considered infants
  • Child rates apply to those children who are between 3 and 10 years of age
  • Children who are above 10 years of age are considered adults and therefore charged at rates applicable to all adults

Things to Note

  • A single pass is valid for a single day, the day it is acquired, and is meant for a single person only
  • No sharing of the Super 7 pass is allowed
  • You can take each ride only once at the VR Park
  • The Digital Gate Card fee is at 5 AED and the amount is non-negotiable
  • There are certain standard restrictions that apply to all the rides based on height, age, and weight
  • The adults should be of a minimum height of 120 cm while for children, the height should be below 120 cm
  • All children should take the rides accompanied by an adult, parent, or guardian.
