This experience is more structured and focuses on understanding the city’s journey over time. You walk through exhibits that explain how things have changed and then head up to a viewing level. • Location- Zabeel Park Jogging Track, Al Kifaf
• Time- 9 AM to 9 PM
• Tour hours- 45 to 60 minutes

• You can reach AYA Universe by taking the green line metro to the Dubai Healthcare City station. Then you will need a six-minute walk to the WAFI City Mall, where the attraction is located.
• Board the F09 bus to the Dubai Frame or the red line metro to Al Jafiliya station. You will need to walk inside the Zabeel Park for a while, too.

• Everyone is also encouraged to have an Emirates ID or a passport, which may be asked for identity verification purposes.
• Please follow the regulations and do not violate the traditions of the country. We, therefore, recommend everyone to wear modest and decent clothes.
• Kindly do not bring any outside food or drinks to the attractions.
• Kids must arrive with an adult or guardian with a valid ticket and must be under supervision.
• In case you fail to arrive on time, it is considered to be no-shows, and there is no refund for such.
• Pets are not allowed in the attractions.
• In case you have already booked a transfer with us, please remember that the driver will not wait any longer than the scheduled time, and in case you miss them, there will be no refunds.

• There are no refunds if you still do so.
