• The yacht party’s duration is three hours.
• Pickup time – 8 PM to 8:30 PM (Provided at additional cost)
• Boarding time – 9 PM to 9:45 PM, for direct reporting, boarding starts from 9 PM to 9:30 PM.
• Departure time – Exactly at 10:30 PM.
• Return to the dock – By 1:30 to 2:00 AM (1^st Jan 2027).
• Drop-off time – 02:00 AM to 03:00 AM (depending on traffic conditions & location)

• Carry your Emirates ID or passport for verification purposes.
• You can wear party wear, which should not be revealing or flowy like long gowns.
• We offer private transfer facilities to the guests at an additional cost.
• Due to varying traffic and location, private transfer schedules are subject to change.
• Areas with road closures in place after 4 PM may not receive pickup or drop-off service.
• Arrive at the gate of your residence or hotel in Dubai at least 15 minutes before the pickup time.
• The pickup is only possible with centrally located hotels or residences.
• Please reach on time as the cruise departs sharply at the given hour.
• Guests who arrive late or miss the tour will be marked as no-shows and no refund will be given.
• Remember to click pictures for the memories.
• When sea conditions are rough, the coast guard might restrict open waters, and the cruise may take a different location.

• No refunds are issued for any post-booking cancellations.
• We reserve the right to cancel your booking if the payment is received but the service is unavailable, with a full refund issued.

Child Policy

• Free entry for children below 3 years.
• Child-rate tickets applies for the kids from three to ten years old.
• Standard rate tickets for the rest of the people.

Cancellation by the Organizer

• Safety Concerns Due to Weather or Sea Conditions

If the captain or Organizer feels that the weather or sea conditions might put guests at risk, the event may be rescheduled, delayed, or canceled for safety.

• Mechanical, Safety, or Operational Failures

If the yacht faces mechanical issues, safety concerns, or operational problems that make it unsafe or unable to run properly, the Organizer may cancel the booking.

• Minimum Participation Not Reached (for shared trips)

When the event requires a minimum number of guests, and that requirement isn’t met by the set deadline, the Organizer may need to cancel the event.

• Situations Beyond Control (Force Majeure)

Unpredictable events such as natural disasters, government rules, pandemics, or other serious emergencies may lead to cancellations without any liability on the Organizer’s part.

• Refund & Compensation Policy

Guests will receive only the amount they paid. No extra compensation or reimbursement will be provided.
Any personal costs, such as travel arrangements, hotel bookings, or third-party services, are the guest’s responsibility.

How Guests Will Be Updated

In case of a cancellation or change, guests will be informed through:

• Email
• SMS or phone call
• The platform through which the booking was made

Liability Clause

• The Organizer can only refund the amount paid for the charter. They are not responsible if bad weather or other uncontrollable situations cause guests to miss planned moments, including fireworks.
