Cancellation Policy

• Canceling the bookings before 48 hours of the scheduled activity will be 100% refundable.
• However, you have to pay a full cancelation charge for the cancellations made within 48 hours.
• We will refund the money within seven business days (if eligible).

Child  Policy

• Kids below 3 years old can join for free.
• Children between 3 and 10 years old must book child tickets.
• However, others above 10 years old must book standard tickets.

Note: During the period from 20th Dec 2026 to 10th of Jan 2027, there will be a surcharge of AED 25 to 50 per person depending on availability.
