• The weather conditions might affect visibility. However, in that case, our team will let you know if there are any changes in the schedule.
• The ticket price or entry timing can change without any prior notice. Therefore, make sure to check the website for quick updates.
• Weather conditions can affect the visibility of the Edge Walk.
• The minimum height requirement is 120 cm, and the maximum weight is 150 kg to participate in the Glass Slide.
• Don’t forget to carry your ID proof before coming for the activity.
• If you have any existing health condition like back weakness, broken bones, nervous disorders, or epilepsy, let the Sky Views staff know about it.
• Wear modest clothes. No dresses, high heels, shoes, or dresses are allowed, which can damage the glass.
• Visitors should not have any physical or mental issues that might hamper the ride.
• Besides, avoid touching the glass during the slide ride.
• Avoid bringing your personal belongings like phones, sharp jewelry, or other things on the glass slide ride.
• People between 12-65 can come for the Edge Walk. Kids under 18 should be accompanied by their parents.
• Avoid wearing skirts, dresses, and loose footwear when coming for Edge Walk.
• If you are under drugs or narcotics influence, avoid the activity.
• If you have any recent injuries, avoid signing up for the activity.
• Pregnant women are not eligible to participate.

• Dubai’s Sky Views Observatory opens daily from 10 am to 9 pm.
• Glass slide- 10.30 am to 9 pm.
• Edge Walk- Daily from 2 pm to 9 pm.

Cancellation Policy

• The tickets are not eligible for cancellation after booking.
• Moreover, we don’t issue any refunds under any circumstances.
• In addition, we don’t accept ticket rescheduling.

Child Policy

• Kids under 4 years old can enter for free.
• Children between 4 and 8 years old must book the child tickets to join.
• Standard tickets for others above 8 years old.

• Guests must wear athleisure clothes when coming for the activity. However, don’t wear loose dresses, skirts, gowns, or any loose accessories.
• In addition, do not carry large bags or luggage inside.
• Everyone can click photographs inside the Sky Views Observatory. Therefore, don’t forget to bring your smartphones or cameras.
• Always wear closed-toe and comfortable footwear when coming to the Sky Views Observatory. However, avoid wearing high heels, flip-flops, or sandals.
• Expectant mothers won’t be allowed.
• It takes approximately 35 minutes to cover every attraction of the Sky Views Observatory. However, our ticket allows you to stay for as long as you want.

Kindly note- the Edge Walk experience takes almost 30 minutes to one hour.

• The Sky Views Observatory can be found inside the Address Sky View Hotel (Downtown Dubai).
• The closest landmark to locate is Burj Khalifa or Dubai Mall Metro Station.
• By Metro- Take the Redline Metro and get down at the Dubai Mall or Burj Khalifa Metro Station. Your destination is approximately six minutes away from the station.
• By Bus- Bus line 27 will directly drop you at the Dubai Mall Bus Stop, Landside 1. From here, you can start walking towards your destination.
• By Private Transfers- Alternatively, you can book private transfers from us with additional charges during checkout.
