Cancellation Policy

• Our tickets don’t have any flexible cancellation policy. Once the tickets are booked, they cannot be canceled. However, if you do, it will attract a 100% cancellation charge.

Child Policy

• Kids under 3 years old will get free entry inside the park.
• Children between 3 and 13 years old must pay the child rate for the tickets.
• Others above 13 years old must pay standard charges.

• Kids need to try the rides and attractions with their legal guardians.
• Please don’t bring loose items when going for the rides and visiting the attractions.
• The minimum height requirement is 135 cm, especially if you want to try multiple rides. Not meeting the criteria might lead to denial of admission.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the park.

• Guests must bring their ID proof (Emirates ID or passport) when coming to MOTIONGATE Dubai.
• Park gates open around 11 am but make sure to arrive by 10 am to avoid the crowd and long queue.
• Make sure to explore the Columbia Picture Studio to learn about the movie-making techniques and behind-the-scenes concepts, which are shown using live demos and engaging exhibits.
• In-house restaurants and food kiosks are available. Hence, don’t carry outside food or drinks inside the park.

The MOTIONGATE Dubai opens daily for visitors.

• Winter (October to March)- Sunday to Thursday (11 am to 9 pm) and Friday and Saturday (11 am to 10 pm).
• Summer (April to September)- Sunday to Thursday (11 am to 8 pm) and Friday and Saturday (11 am to 9 pm).

MOTIONGATE Dubai is a part of the Dubai Parks and Resorts, which is on Sheikh Zayed Road, UAE.

By Metro- Take the Redline Metro traveling towards Jebel Ali and get down at the Ibn Battuta Metro Station. From here, you can easily reach the Dubai Parks and Resort.

By Bus- Bus lines 13, 13A, C9, C1, and 91A will take you to the Ibn Battuta Bus Stop. MOTIONGATE Dubai is a couple of minutes away from the stop.

By Private Transfers- Private transfers are also a great way to reach the location. You can book private transfers from us during checkout with additional charges.

• Our pickup facilities are available from hotels and residences in Dubai only.
• Please don’t ask for a refund for the partly or unused services.
• Kids must visit the park with their legal guardians.
• Kindly don’t bring outside food and drinks inside the park.
• The transfer timings can be changed (30 minutes to one hour) depending on your location’s traffic condition.
• Free parking is available and valet parking requires charges.
• A few rides and attractions might remain closed due to maintenance. In that case, we won’t be responsible or issue any refund.
