- Any cancellations before 24 hours of the scheduled activity will be 100% refundable.
- You have to pay a 100% cancellation fee upon canceling the bookings within 24 hours of the activity time.
- Get the refund money in your bank account within seven business days (if eligible).

- Children between 3 and 10 years old must pay the child rate for the tickets.
