• Fishing rods are available for those booking the yacht for more than 4 hours.

• Complete insurance coverage of the boat.

• There is no particular dress code for the activity. You can put on casual attire like jeans or trousers, t-shirts, or shirts. Women can wear one-length dresses, and men can go for casual party outfits. However, don’t wear anything indecent.
• Pets are not allowed on the yacht.
• The minimum renting duration is one hour, but you can pay additional charges to extend your booking.
• Guests can bring food or beverages onboard. We will only provide soft drinks and mineral water.
• We can arrange for catering service upon request with additional charges. Kindly let us know beforehand.
• Guests must wear life jackets during the activity.
• Pickup and drop-off services are not included with the tickets. However, we can arrange for private transfers with additional charges during checkout. You can reach the location on your own if you don’t book private transfers.

• Transfers to and from hotel/residence.
• Snacks or lunch.
• Beverage.

• Guests may bring aboard Beverages on their own.
• Besides, we provide catering services if you request for it while booking the tickets. However, please make inquiries in advance.
• Transfer facilities are not available with the tickets. However, you can book it separately with additional charges.
• A cruise may have to be canceled or rescheduled due to inclement weather.
• A yacht has to be booked for at least one hour. However, a minimum of four-hour bookings is mandatory, especially for fishing trips.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations before 24 hours of the scheduled activity will be 100% refundable.
• However, canceling within 24 hours will be 100% non-refundable.
• Expect to get the refund in your bank account within seven business days (if eligible).

Child Policy

• Kids below 3 years old can join the activity for free.
• Children between 3 and 10 years old must pay the child rate for the tickets.
• However, anyone above 10 years old must pay the standard ticket charges.
