• People opting for the private transfers will be received from their hotel or accommodation in the city.
• Everyone will get professional instructions regarding the activity, safety techniques, and many more.
• You can choose the 30-minute or the one-hour activity (depending on the package you choose).
• Booking the private transfers separately will ensure drop-off at your hotel or accommodation.

• It is compulsory for the riders to sign a waiver form when going for the activity. Kindly note- it is a mandatory process.
• Everyone is requested to bring the e-tickets to the activity site for verification.
• Kindly bring your Emirates ID or passport when coming for the Jet Ski ride.
• Kids below 10 years old cannot participate in the activity due to safety reasons (as per the government rules).
• Children between 10 and 18 years old must be accompanied by their guardian at all times.
• Prior experience in the activity is not required. However, knowing basic swimming and water treading skills is compulsory.
• Failing to show up on the activity day, as per the mentioned time will be considered a no-show. In that case, it will be 100% chargeable without any refund.

Child Policy

• Children aged below 10 years cannot participate in this activity.
• Children aged between 10 and 18 years shall be considered as adults and they will be charged as per the adult rate.
