• The cruise shall operate only if the weather permits.
• Bookings are available subject to availability.

• No refund will be processed for missed or late arrivals.
• Private transfer schedule may be adjusted depending on the route and traffic flow.
• Areas under road closure after 4 PM are not eligible for pickup or drop-off.
• If the sea is rough, the coast guard can restrict access to open waters, and the route may be altered.
• We will provide the location map with contact person details one day prior to your scheduled departure.

• Pickup time – 07:00pm to 07:30pm (if availed)
• Boarding time – 08:00pm to 09:00pm
• Cruising time – 09:00pm to 02:00am
• The cruise departs from Dubai Marina Mall, Pier 7.
• Return drop – 03:00am to 04:00am (traffic & location dependent).

  • As New Year’s Eve approaches, ticket prices are likely to rise significantly, often exceeding 100% as the event date draws nearer.

IMPORTANT: Events are expected to sell out well in advance of December 31. Secure your tickets early to ensure attendance.

Cancellation Policy

• Any cancellations will be 100% non-refundable.
• In the event the product is unavailable post-payment, we have the right to cancel the booking and issue a refund.

Child Policy

• Children who are less than 10 years old have to pay child rates for their booking.
• Others above 10 years old will have to pay adult rates.

Cancellation by the Organizer

• Safety Concerns Due to Weather or Sea Conditions

If the captain or Organizer feels that the weather or sea conditions might put guests at risk, the event may be rescheduled, delayed, or canceled for safety.

• Mechanical, Safety, or Operational Failures

If the Cruise faces mechanical issues, safety concerns, or operational problems that make it unsafe or unable to run properly, the Organizer may cancel the booking.

• Minimum Participation Not Reached (for shared trips)

When the event requires a minimum number of guests, and that requirement isn’t met by the set deadline, the Organizer may need to cancel the event.

• Situations Beyond Control (Force Majeure)

Unpredictable events such as natural disasters, government rules, pandemics, or other serious emergencies may lead to cancellations without any liability on the Organizer’s part.

• Refund & Compensation Policy

Guests will receive only the amount they paid. No extra compensation or reimbursement will be provided.
Any personal costs, such as travel arrangements, hotel bookings, or third-party services, are the guest’s responsibility.

How Guests Will Be Updated

In case of a cancellation or change, guests will be informed through:

• Email
• SMS or phone call
• The platform through which the booking was made

Liability Clause

The Organizer can only refund the amount paid for the charter. They are not responsible if bad weather or other uncontrollable situations cause guests to miss planned moments, including fireworks.

• The Private Transfer option ensures a dedicated car for both pickup and drop-off at your hotel or residence in Dubai.
• The Private Transfer is available at an additional cost, which can be selected at the time of checkout.
