Important Information

  • Guests must reach the activity location on time if they don’t choose the transfer facility.
  • Alternatively, you can also get private transfers from us with additional charges.
  • The departing location of the cruise is Dubai Creek (Al Seef St – Umm Hurair 1 – Dubai, Bur Dubai Sight). Gate No – E, Near Kailash Parbat Restaurant.
  • Guests who didn’t opt for the transfer facility must reach the activity location on time.
  • Boarding time for the cruise is 9:00 PM, 31st Dec 2025.
  • Please arrive on time, as the cruise departs sharply at the given hour.
  • Guests not present at the time of departure will be marked as no-shows and no refund will apply.
  • We will send the location map and booking confirmation details one or two days before the cruise activity.
  • We have two different ticket options—lower deck and upper deck. However, the two decks have different prices.
  • Therefore, guests booking the lower deck tickets cannot access the upper deck to watch the live fireworks. They have to watch it through the lower deck windows.
  • Visitors can see the menu for the dinner buffet onboard. In addition, the menu includes vegetarian options as well.
  • The cruise will continue from 10:00 PM to 1:00 AM on 1st January 2026.
  • The seating arrangements are available depending on the selection of the upper deck and lower deck.

Timing details

  • The party continues for three hours.
  • Pickup timing – 8:00 pm to 8:30 pm (if availed)
  • Boarding time – 09:00pm to 09:45pm
  • Cruising time – 10:00pm to 01:00am
  • Return drop – 02:00am to 03:00am (location & traffic dependent)
  • Our boarding process commences at 9 pm.
  • The boarding point is located at Al Seef, Bur Dubai (next to Kailash Parbat, Gate No. E)

Health-Related Cancellation and Refund Policy

In the event that a customer seeks to cancel a New Year booking due to a health-related circumstance, the Company requires the submission of valid medical documentation substantiating the condition. Refund requests arising from health issues will be reviewed and processed only upon receipt and verification of such documentation. The Company reserves the right to decline refund requests that are not supported by appropriate proof or that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.

Cancellation Policy

  • Any cancellations made after the successful payments or bookings will be non-refundable.
  • No refund will be processed in case of no-shows.
  • If your booking is canceled by us for any reason, please note that the refund may take 7 to 14 days to appear on your bank statement.
  • We reserve the right to cancel your reservation after the payment if the chosen service cannot proceed, and a refund will follow.

Child Policy

  • Kids below three are infants and can join the activity for free.
  • Children between three to ten must pay the child rate to join the activity.
  • Anyone above ten must pay the adult rate to join the activity.

Organizer Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the Organizer

  • Safety Concerns Due to Weather or Sea Conditions

If the captain or Organizer feels that the weather or sea conditions might put guests at risk, the event may be rescheduled, delayed, or canceled for safety.

  • Mechanical, Safety, or Operational Failures

If the yacht faces mechanical issues, safety concerns, or operational problems that make it unsafe or unable to run properly, the Organizer may cancel the booking.

  • Minimum Participation Not Reached (for shared trips)

When the event requires a minimum number of guests, and that requirement isn’t met by the set deadline, the Organizer may need to cancel the event.

  • Situations Beyond Control (Force Majeure)

Unpredictable events such as natural disasters, government rules, pandemics, or other serious emergencies may lead to cancellations without any liability on the Organizer’s part.

  • Refund & Compensation Policy

Guests will receive only the amount they paid. No extra compensation or reimbursement will be provided.
Any personal costs, such as travel arrangements, hotel bookings, or third-party services, are the guest’s responsibility.

In case of a cancellation or change, guests will be informed through:

Liability Clause

The Organizer can only refund the amount paid for the charter. They are not responsible if bad weather or other uncontrollable situations cause guests to miss planned moments, including fireworks.
