So, you are here to enjoy the camel ride through the desert sand dunes in the most regal way. Here are some rules you need to cater to:

• The whole activity of camel riding with halts for photo sessions and soft beverages.
• The pickup is from a hotel centrally located in Dubai on a private basis based on the booking selection. However, we don’t provide airport pickup and drop-off facilities.
• Private pickup can be done at an additional cost.
• The language spoken is English.
• The pickup time can be chosen between 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Therefore, you can choose any slot that suits you.
• If you book the tour without the pickup and drop at the hotel, i.e. without the transfers, you have to confirm the details. Hence, in that case, our team will let you know the arrival time and other necessary details.

There are some important things to keep in mind before taking part in the tour activities. Here they are:

• Guests with back issues or expectant mothers must avoid participating in the activity.
• We provide pickup facilities from your residence or hotel that is centrally located in Dubai. However, airport pickups are not available.
• Pick-up from other places, apart from Dubai hotels or residences will be done with additional charges if asked for.
• Pick-up and drop-off are available from all central locations in Dubai like Deira, Sheikh Zayed, Bur Dubai to Marina.
• Live entertainment or hard drinks are not available during Ramadan or on dry days.
• The pickup and drop from and to the hotel can be adjusted by 30 to 60 minutes from the trip schedule. That depends on the traffic conditions and the location of the hotel.

Note: From 20th December to 10th January 2027, there will be a surcharge of AED 25 to 50 per person when visiting.

Cancellation Policy

• Any cancellations made before 24 hours of the scheduled activity will be 100% refundable.
• Upon canceling the bookings within 24 hours, it will be 100% chargeable.
• The refund amount will be reflected in your bank account within seven business days (if eligible).

Child policy

• Children under 3 years can travel free of cost.
• Kids between 3 to 10 years old must book the child tickets.
• Children above 10 years must book standard tickets.
