Weekly Schedule – The Aquarium is open every day of the week.

Duration– No fixed duration. You can stay as long as you like once you enter with a valid ticket.

Opening time– The Aquarium and its attractions are open from 10 am to Sunset.

Meeting Point– Your Entry tickets will be delivered to your hotel or residence in Dubai. You are free to reach the Aquarium directly and present said ticket at the entrance of the venue. Ensure that you provide an accurate and complete address in the ‘pick-up details’ section while booking your ticket, along with your contact details and email info. This shall be useful to deliver your tickets on time.

Ending Point – The trip shall culminate at the same point as the Entry point.

• Pick up if opted for, shall be arranged only from your Dubai Hotel / Residence on a sharing basis, not from the Airport. Pickup from areas outside Dubai can be done, upon payment of an additional surcharge.
• Guests are required to carry a Hard Copy of the E-Ticket issued to them online, which needs to be presented at the entrance in order to gain entry to the Aquarium.
• Visitors should note that outside food, beverages & Alcohol are not allowed in the Lost Chambers Aquarium.
• Address – Atlantis, Crescent Road, Dubai. The Lost Chambers Aquarium is part of the Atlantis Palm Resort and is located on Jumeirah Palm Island. Atlantis can be reached by using the monorail system or by taking a taxi from the mainland.

Cancellation Policy

• If Cancellations are made at least 24 hours prior to the Tour slot time, then 0% cancellation charges will be applicable.
• If Cancellations are made less than 24 hours from your Tour slot time, then 100% cancellation charges will be applicable.
• The refund amount, if any, will be credited back to your account within 7 working days.

Ticket Policy – Once your tickets are issued by the system you cannot cancel any order.

Child Policy

• Children who are below 1.2 meters in height &aged below 12 years shall be considered children, and the child rate shall be applicable to them.
• Children above age 12 shall be considered as adults, and the adult rate shall be applicable for them.
