Here are some important things to bear in mind after you book a ticket for the Combo Tour or Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Underwater Zoo and Aquarium.

• You must carry the copy of your passport or your Emirates ID and present it at the Will Call counter at the top.
• The booking ticket must be carried on tour after downloading it from online Booking Admin Panel.
• Tickets can be used only once.
• Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• You can choose from among the various time slots available online for the ticket.
• Guests must arrive 30 minutes before the departure time.
• The booking for the ticket is only for the date mentioned and the time is shown and it will expire on the lapse of the specific time and date.
• The ticket cannot be sold at a lower price to any other customer.
• The sharing transfers are available from Bur Dubai, Deira, Sheikh Zayed up to Marina and the timings are variable.
• Stroller and wheelchairs can be accessed.
• The timing between 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM is not valid for visiting Burj Khalifa. This period is specifically reserved for the Prime Hours.
