• The city remains crowded during New Year’s Eve. Hence, the transfer timings can be changed (30-60 minutes) depending on the traffic conditions in your area.
• Our transfer facilities are available from hotels and residences in the city (for both shared and private transfers). If your accommodation falls under a road closure area (due to New Year’s Eve) our representatives will arrive early for pickup. Alternatively, we can also inform you about a nearby open road where you must reach for the pickup.
• Participants booking the package without transfers must reach the activity location on their own.
• Our team will notify the participants regarding the departure time, location, and other vital details one day before the activity.
• The New Year Party in Dubai Desert is a special activity and will be available only on 31^st December 2025.

• The New Year Party in Dubai Desert lasts for approximately three-and-a-half-hours.
• One of our representatives will arrive to pick you up from the hotel or residence between 8.30 and 9 pm.
• Once the party is over, our driver will drop you off at your respective accommodation between 1.30 am and 2 am.
• Departure location- Deira City Centre, Spinney
• Departure time- 7.30 pm to 8 pm
• Safari timing: 9:30 pm to 1:00 am
• Return time- 1:30 am to 2 am

• A 5% VAT charge will be applied to every booking for the tourists (as per the new government rules).
• Our private transfers are only available if you select the option when booking the tickets with additional charges.
• Pickup and drop-off timings can change as the roads remain crowded on New Year’s Eve.
• No pickup or drop-offs will be done from Dubai Downtown (Business Bay and Burj Khalifa) since the road remains closed on 31^st December.
• Although there is no dress code, it is best to wear something comfortable and modest. Choose trousers or joggers with T-shirt.

• All cancellations requested 14 days before New Year will be done for free.
• 100% charge for cancellations made within 14 days.
