• Only private transfers are available on New Year’s Eve. However, it’s optional.
• Besides, guests can avail of public transport to reach the boarding point.
• Private transfer is available between 7.30 pm and 8 pm.
• The boarding process begins at 8 pm.
• Activity timing is between 9 pm and 2 am (1^st January 2026).
• Our team will send you all activity-related details one or two days before the activity.

Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations made 14 days before the New Year will be refundable.
• Upon canceling the bookings within 14 days, it will be 100% chargeable.
• The refund amount will be reflected in your bank account within seven business days (if eligible).

Child Policy

• Kids who are less than 3 years old will not have to pay anything.
• Children who are within 3 to 10 years will have to pay child rates.
• Kids older than 10 years will have to pay adult rates.

Price Policy

• Tickets are sold on an on-demand / dynamic basis, meaning the price increases as ticket availability goes down.
• NYE ticket prices often go up significantly (100% +) the closer you get to New Year’s Eve.
