You should note that if you are booking within 24 hours of the tour/activity departure time, the picking-up of the hotel will not be guaranteed, hence you try to book your hotel/room a little bit early so that we can arrange the hotel.

Water activities can be canceled depending on weather conditions.
The charges on excess luggage may also be applicable.

For UAE residents we will have to apply for permission, 3 days before the tour.
For tourists, documents (passport copies) need to submit before the 48 hours of the tour.
During the period from 20th December 2025 to 10th January 2026, there will be a surcharge of AED 25 to AED 50 per person.

Important Update on Tour Regulations 2025

The following new requirements will be applicable from 1st December 2025 as per the border officers,

Whoever tourists are traveling with a UAE single-entry visa must know that they are restricted from this tour as their visa can expire upon crossing the border.
Specific citizens with permission to get a UAE visa on arrival can travel.
Traveling to Musandam Dibba Oman is permissible with a multiple-entry visa.
On-arrival visa holders to UAE do not need to pay an exit fee to cross the border until a notice.
The validity of Visa and passport during traveling for this specific tour should be 3 months and 6 months respectively.
AED 31 is a fixed border fee for every UAE resident, including kids.
You must submit the border permit 3 days before the traveling dates while the other procedures remain the same.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations will be made prior to 48 hours from starting the trip while after this period, there will be no refund.
Refund if any will be returned or reflected within 7 -14 working days to the account
Children under 3 years will be treated as infants, and there will be no charges applied. While from 3 – 10 years children should be considered and charges will be accordingly.
