• Guests must reach the activity location on time if they don’t choose the transfer facility.
• Alternatively, you can also get private transfers from us with additional charges.
• The departing location of the cruise is Dubai Creek (Al Seef St – Umm Hurair 1 – Dubai, Bur Dubai Sight). Gate No – E, Near Kailash Parbat Restaurant. Guests who didn’t opt for the transfer facility must reach the activity location on time.
• Guests should reach the activity location at 9:00 PM, 31st Dec 2025.
• We will send the location map and booking confirmation details one or two days before the cruise activity.
• We have two different ticket options- lower deck and upper deck. However, both the decks have different prices.
• Therefore, guests booking the lower deck tickets cannot access the upper deck to watch the live fireworks. They have to watch it through the lower deck windows.
• Visitors can see the menu for the dinner buffet onboard. In addition, the menu includes vegetarian options as well.
• The cruise will continue from 10:00 PM to 1:00 AM on 1st January 2026 and return by 1.45 am.
• The seating arrangements are available depending on the selection of the upper deck and lower deck.

Cancellation Policy

• Any cancellations made 14 days before New Year will be 100% refundable.
• However, all cancellations made within 14 days of New Year will be 100% chargeable.
• The refund will be done within 7 to 14 working days (if eligible).

Child Policy

• Kids below 3 years old will not have to pay anything.
• Children between 3 to 10 years old will have to pay child rates.
• Others above 10 years old must pay the standard rate for the tickets.

• Private transfers are available upon booking separately at the checkout.
