- Transfers are available from the Dubai Hotel / Residence of the visitors at an additional cost. Transfer from the Airport is not possible
- Tourists can avail transfers from places besides their Dubai hotel / Residence by paying an extra charge

- Tourists can avail of sharing transfers from Bur Dubai, Deira, and Sheikh Zayed until Marina.

- As Aquaventure is shallow visitors are advised to enter pools and attractions on their feet. Diving is strictly prohibited.

- The timings of transfers are changeable by 30 minutes to an hour based on traffic conditions and the location of tourists
