Important Information
- Transfers are available from the Dubai Hotel / Residence of the visitors at an additional cost. Transfer from the Airport is not possible
- Tourists can avail transfers from places besides their Dubai hotel / Residence by paying an extra charge
- All tourists have got to carry a printout of their e-ticket and must show it at the entrance of the attractions
- Tourists can avail of sharing transfers from Bur Dubai, Deira, and Sheikh Zayed until Marina.
- Visitors are not allowed to carry foodstuff, beverages, and Alcohol inside Aquaventure.
- As Aquaventure is shallow visitors are advised to enter pools and attractions on their feet. Diving is strictly prohibited.
- Visitors can hire towels, Life Jackets, and locker facilities at towel rental sites.
- The timings of transfers are changeable by 30 minutes to an hour based on traffic conditions and the location of tourists

- The water park opens at 10:00 AM and closes at sundown (The Closing time is changeable based on the month)
- The lost chambers open at 10:00 AM and close at 10 PM (The Closing time is variable based on the month)

- Tickets once booked can’t be canceled.
Child Policy
- There is no entry fee for children who are aged less than 3 years
- Children who are aged less than 7 years are considered to be children. Thus, the “Child rate” is going to be charged to them.
- Children who are aged more than 7 years are considered to be adults. Thus, the “Adult rate” is going to be charged to them
