Cancellation policy

• All cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled activity will be done for free.
• Any cancellations made within 24 hours will attract a 100% cancellation charge.
• The refund amount will be reflected in your bank account within seven business days (if eligible).

Child Policy

• Kids under 3 years old can join the activity for free.
• Children between 3 and 10 years old must pay the child rate for the tickets.
• Others above 10 years old must pay the standard rate for the tickets.
